2015-2021 Nokera Concrete Production GmbH, the most modern precast concrete plant in Europe
The investor, a well-known German real estate developer, decided in 2016 to revolutionize residential construction. The vision was the establishment of a precast concrete plant for the production of 4,000 housing units per year.
A key requirement was a continuous planning process from the architect to production using the most modern software and a highly automated manufacturing of the concrete parts.
Martin Dobler Projektmanagement GmbH was initially commissioned for the development of the construction system and later for the factory planning and project management.
The construction of the buildings and the facility began in 2019. The first wall and ceiling elements were produced in 2021.
