decided in 2016 to revolutionize residential construction. The vision was the establishment of a precast concrete plant for the production of 4,000 housing units per year.<\/p>\n<p>A key requirement was a continuous planning process from the architect to production using the most modern software and a highly automated manufacturing of the concrete parts.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Dobler Projektmanagement GmbH was initially commissioned for the development of the construction system and later for the factory planning and project management.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the buildings and the facility began in 2019.
