During this period, all production and administrative workflows were examined in detail and modernized step by step. A particular focus was placed on restructuring process chains, standardizing work procedures, and professionally establishing efficient communication and decision-making pathways.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"1061\">Another key component was the technical enhancement of the ERP system, which was upgraded to a modern, high-performance standard. This sustainably improved transparency as well as production planning and control.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1369\">In parallel, employees received training in numerous workshops and were actively involved in the further development of the plant.
