construction system for residential building as part of the innovative EMC 2.0 project. Our focus was on the conception and planning of a highly automated precast concrete plant that meets the latest standards in terms of efficiency and resource conservation. Through close cooperation with CG Elementum, we were able to develop a system that is perfectly tailored to the requirements of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Prefabrication. This synergy enables us to make the construction process not only more transparent and efficient but also to significantly reduce material overproduction, misdeliveries, and unnecessary waste.<\/p>\n<p>Our planning of the precast concrete plant directly contributes to the ecological and economic benefits that CG Elementum aims to achieve through the integration of BIM and industrial prefabrication. In particular, reducing CO2 emissions in construction by up to 50 percent, reducing steel and concrete consumption, and increasing the use of recycled material in production are results of our joint efforts.
