On behalf of the precast concrete plant in Linkenheim, Martin Dobler Projektmanagement GmbH successfully carried out the planning, tendering, and implementation of a new mixing plant, including heating and concrete recycling facilities. Our tasks included developing the concept for the mixing plant, tailored to the specific requirements of precast concrete production, as well as conducting a detailed tendering process.
We conducted a comprehensive comparison of offers to ensure an optimal price-performance ratio for our client. We also provided advisory support to the client during the negotiation phases and the award decision. In addition, our company was responsible for drafting the factory contract and accompanied the acceptance process to ensure compliance with the agreed specifications.
