2023-2024 Optimization of Heberger’s Precast Concrete Plant in Neulußheim, Germany
As part of the optimization initiative at Heberger’s precast concrete plant in Neulußheim, Germany, extensive measures were taken to enhance the plant’s productivity and efficiency. The initiative included a detailed analysis of the existing production processes, identifying both strengths and weaknesses of the plant. Based on this analysis, targeted improvement suggestions were developed, with their potential carefully evaluated to ensure that the implemented measures offer maximum benefit.
